Refunds & Returns

Inspect before you pay. With Cash on Delivery, you see your item at your door or at a pickup station before paying. If it is not what you expected, you do not have to take it.

Not right? Send it back. If something is wrong with a delivered order — damaged, faulty or not as described — contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days and we will arrange a return or replacement. Keep the item and its packaging if you can.

How refunds work. Once we receive your return, we will refund you. Cash orders are refunded in cash or mobile money; card and online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
