Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Order today, then inspect your item at your door or at a pickup station — and pay cash only when you are happy with it.

Can I refuse the item at delivery?
Yes. If you are not happy with the item when it arrives, you can refuse it at your door or at the pickup station and pay nothing.

What is a pickup station?
A collection point near you. Choose pickup at checkout, collect your order at the station and save on delivery fees.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa, with more countries coming soon.

What if I am not happy with my item after I have paid?
You have 7 days to return most items from the day you receive them. If the item is faulty, return shipping is on us. Refunds go back the way you paid — store credit or mobile money for cash orders, and the original method for M-Pesa, bank transfer or card.
